Returns & Exchanges

At Crate Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wardrobe, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a digital authorization.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn clothing in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital request.

• 3.
  Apply the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
